Best Diet plan to keep body and mind healthy

Best Diet plan to keep body and mind healthy.

This is a diet plan that keeps a person's body and mind healthy.

Proper diet will be digested only if diet planning is followed, if diet combination is not followed properly, no matter how good and nutritious the food is, it will not be of any use.

Diet is essential for the body,If you just eat something as a hobby, it will not have the essence that the body needs. The most important thought is "We eat to live, not live to eat"

If grains, raw vegetables, fruits and some dried fruits are given a proper place in the daily diet, then the salts and acids of the food will remain in the balance and we can stay healthy.

A full day diet plan :-

1) In the morning : Add half to one lemon juice and a glass of water,If it is cold, take warm water.Do not add sugar, honey or salt to the water.

2) Eight or nine in the morning : Dates, raisins, nuts, fruits, fruit juices, nuts.

3) Lunch : First of all there should be green leafy vegetable juice (half a cup),Then eat some lentils and some raw vegetables. Finally, instead of wheat bread and cooked vegetables, rice can be used, Buttermilk should also be drunk. Most importantly, if you are sick, you should not eat whole grains.

4) At three or four in the afternoon : Eat fruits or fruit juices.

5) What should dinner be : Dinner can be taken in the same way as lunch, not just vegetable juice. Grain bread will do. If you have a healthy and good digestion, you can sometimes eat khichdi, and you can eat a bowl of amti with rice in the morning and at dinner.

Important note; Do not remove bran from the dough. Use handloom rice instead of polished rice. Do not add amsul, tomato and tamarind in amti vegetables. Use the least amount of salt in vegetable amti, do not sprinkle salt on strength or raw vegetables and fruits.

Ten important dietary tips :

1) Don't eat if you are not hungry: No animal except man eats without being hungry so it does not get sick. Happy bread is sweet when you are very hungry. If there is no appetite, if there is a favorite food in front, it should not be eaten.

2) Don't eat when there is physical or mental stress: If the body or mind is tired or stressed, the secretion of digestive juices in the stomach is insufficient so digestion is not done properly.

3) The third important thing is to avoid eating very hot and very cold food: the temperature of the food is expected to be the same as the body, the digestive tract in the mouth and stomach are temperature efficient.

4) Bite as much as possible while eating food: Maximum biting causes redness in the grass. Therefore, the digestive juices in the saliva in the mouth start digestion properly. Properly digested food is also digested quickly in the stomach.

5) Do not drink water while eating : By drinking water while eating, water escapes from the city in ten minutes, at the same time it also carries digestive juices in the stomach and digestion is stopped due to this reason.Drink water fifteen minutes before a meal, half an hour after a meal and two hours after a full meal.

6) Do not overeat : This food is harmful to the body due to overeating. The abdomen is a sac that contracts and expands the muscles. This action causes the digestive juices to mix with the food. Overeating stops the contraction of this bag. Digestive juices do not mix with food and instead of digesting food, food begins to decompose in the stomach.

7) Take a break after a meal: The blood vessels in the stomach widen after a meal. As a result, the digestive juices are absorbed in the right amount and the food is digested. If you work hard after a meal, the blood flow to the abdomen goes to the extremities and digestion slows down.

8) Be aware of the combination of different substances : Even salty and nutritious foods, if eaten without combination, produce toxins in the stomach.

9) Have a meal once a week or just eat fruit : Fasting one day a week or just eating fruits also needs rest for the stomach. And when the stomach is relaxed, the efficiency of the stomach increases. When the body's energy is not involved in digestion, it tends to destroy the toxins that have accumulated in the body.

10) Stop eating if you have a fever or some pain : In fact, if a person is sick, he does not feel hungry, his desire to eat is not fulfilled. Digestive function is also slow due to the fact that the digestive tract does not secrete that much during illness.

Man does not think about eating. Forgetting to eat to live, he lives to eat. Eating too much makes a person drowsy and pale, he often gets thirsty. His stomach swells. He suffers from diseases caused by indigestion.

In short, important :

1) Sour foods should not be eaten with carbohydrates.

2) Don't eat too much protein and carbohydrates at the same time.

3) High protein and high fat foods should not be eaten together, e.g. Dal and ghee. This is because the digestion of these two components takes place in different places.

4) Sour fruits should not be eaten with a protein rich diet, as it slows down digestion.

The above four suggestions apply to people who are not healthy or have poor digestion.
